Who is Kai Coast??

Kai Coast Cleaning & Organizing is a small local business founded in 2020 by a local Cape Cod mom— Kiah Gomes.

Owner, Kiah Gomes, was raised in South Dennis and graduated from Cape Cod Regional Technical High School from the carpentry program. She then continued on to study Communication Management at the University of Massachusetts— Dartmouth.

Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic, Kiah quit her job as a Sales Manager to start up Kai Coast as a way to be able to do something that is fulfilling for both herself and the people she is serving. Now, 3 years later she is running a successful local business with clients from all over the cape, and the best team of dedicated and hardworking employees.

At Kai Coast we provide a large range of services that that we can customize to fit what works for you and your lifestyle.

What does that mean?

We want to be the most affordable, efficient, and easy to use cleaning and organizing business that the cape has to offer. If our initial quote is not something that works for you, don’t worry!

Our team is dedicated to finding a plan that fits your life and your budget. We are always willing to rotate services weekly/biweekly or to help you prioritize the rooms that may need more attention. Kai Coast is for everyone.

When do we work?

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-4:30PM.

We do offer after hours cleaning for commercial and post construction cleanings only. Organizing sessions may extend past our regualar business hours depending on the size of the job.

Saturdays during our summer season are reserved for Air B&B/ weekly vacation rental turnovers.

What area do we service?

We do cover all of Cape Cod, MA from Bourne to Provincetown.

Our organizing team is willing to travel to surroundings areas for larger projects. Travel fees may apply.

What People Are Saying?

Policies & Terms of Service

  • All clients must sign and return a service agreement before any services may be completed.

  • All one time service appointments will require a non refundable 50% deposit via Venmo, cash, or check at the time of booking. No exceptions.

  • All payments made via Venmo MUST be paid 1 day prior to your service (before 5pm).

  • 24 hours notice for cancellations is required for ALL services. If notice is not made you will be charged and billed for your entire service.

    • Schedule changes that move your service date to another day in the same week (or billing cycle) will have no effect on your invoice.

  • Invoices for regular weekly or biweekly clients will be sent out no less than 1 day prior to your service.

  • Invoices for one time services will be sent on the same day that we receive your service agreement. Your deposit will be due the same day.

  • If no one will be present at the time of service we do require a copy of a key or entry code to get into your home or business. We do not have time to wait around for someone to come unlock the door in the case that no one is there. Keys will be returned on the same day that your service agreement terminated.
